Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Shipping

All shipping is through the United States Postal Service to domestic (USA) locations only. We offer priority mail services. We charge $5.00 flat rate for all shipping.

We are not liable for any damages incurred during shipment.

Returns

You may return any unworn/unopened items (must be in original packaging with all tags still attached) within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return postage will not be reimbursed by Bugaboo Children's Apparel.

If you need to make a return please email Lisa at lisa@bugaboopark.com so we know to expect your return.

When we receive the item(s) being returned, the full purchase amount (including prorated original shipping costs) will be refunded.

Exchanges

You may exchange any unworn/ unopened items (must be in original packaging with all tags still attached) within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return postage will not be reimbursed by Bugaboo Children's Apparel, LLC.

If you need to exchange merchandise please email Lisa at lisa@bugaboopark.com as soon as possible to ensure the availability of the items you would like in exchange.

As soon as we receive your return package (and any additional payment if necessary) we will ship the requested items via USPS Priority Mail at our cost. Additonal payment can be made through Paypal (to account lisa@bugaboopark.com) or you may mail a Money Order to: Bugaboo Children's Apparel, LLC 1336 East 1440 South Spanish Fork, UT 84660. Any credits will be issued to the account used to place the original order.
